About Chevon Richards
Houston is a thriving city with many different pockets of wonderful places to live! As a native Houstonian I was born and raised in the Heights. I was an “inner looper” most of my life enjoying all the wonderful things the city itself had to offer. When I met my husband we decided to start our family in The Woodlands, and then eventually settled in Conroe. I have a vast knowledge of all of these areas because I once called them home.
Over the past 10 years I’ve been able to use my creative eye focusing on design work in the new home construction industry. Starting in the design world I focused on design consultations and then continued to help design model homes, recreation centers, office buildings and then home renovations. The past 3 years I’ve thrived and really found that I excel at renovation design. I’ve enjoyed helping clients update their homes and help their vision come to life.
My love for design sparked my interest in real estate. I became a licensed realtor to help my clients find a “diamond in the rough” and envision what the home would look like after renovation.
