About Kristen Patterson
As a lifelong Houstonian, Kristen truly enjoys helping clients find their home in this great city. There are so many wonderful areas, each boasting its own unique vibe and culture.
After 10+ years of growing two very successful online businesses, Kristen decided to take her love of real estate and passion for serving others and merge the two. Having a husband who is a residential architect, she has learned so much about the process of building, designing, and renovating, that this transition was a natural fit. It is her joy to help someone find just the right property to make a home.
She and her husband, Justin, started their family on the North side 18 years ago, and are active members of the community. They love finding new, local restaurants and frequenting the festivals, parades, and concerts that are hosted nearby. With three beautiful (and busy) children, she really loves cheering on her kids at their various sporting and school events and tries to sit down with a good book any chance she gets. Their family really enjoys traveling together and can usually be found on a white sand beach or a ski slope!
