After graduating from Texas Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Studies, Brittany hit the ground running learning all about the commercial construction industry. As a Superintendent building restaurants in the field, she got to oversee the building process from the ground up, learn the ins and outs of each trade and had to keep the projects on track from start to finish. Not only did she conquer the field she also conquered the project coordination side in the office. “It takes a TEAM to complete a project from start to finish and when you can look back and see what you’ve built alongside others, the feeling is one of satisfaction.”
From there, BK Designs Photography was created because she had the desire to take another leap of faith into the unknown. Building a business from the ground up has taught her about patience, dedication, perseverance, grit, the importance of relationships, how to communicate with your surroundings and to just be present. Being a business owner is not for the faint of hearts. Daily growth is a necessity! And that’s what brings her here today!
Human Development and relationships come natural to her and something she takes pride in. Honesty, integrity, trust, the ability to adapt to any and all situations and to lead those around her in the right direction. That’s exactly the type of service she will extend to her clients.

When she’s not hustling for her clients, she dedicates her time to her husband and two toddlers. “Toddlers are not for the faint of hearts either but they are my whole world!!” Family is first, and foremost, everything to them! As a team, they love the adrenaline of investing in their own personal properties. Taking risks has always been her family’s strength. “If you aren’t growing, you aren’t living life to your fullest potential. They also enjoy traveling, working out and meeting like minded friends.
Nothing excites her more than the direction she is heading and what’s to come! She’s proud to be a part of a team that she has admired from afar for so long!
