I know this is late an

d long overdue, but I finally have a little bit of breathing room from all of my travels both work and fun.
I just wanted to say thank you to you both for your excellent service and support during the entire process of getting my home ready to sell, during the negotiations, and in the closing.
Like I said before, I really appreciate your candor and openness in explaining to us the real status of our home and the upgrades required to make it more attractive for today’s buyers. You shared some difficult information that was hard to swallow at times, but this is what we really needed to hear, and gave us the confidence that you guys knew exactly what you were doing.
Anyway, thank you to you both for all your time and effort to get this sale completed. I see why both Steve Moser and Kevin Ball put you high on their recommendation list.
